This Tudor style manor its gabled rooflines rising above manicured banks of hydrangea and rose was conceived as a place of genuine retreat. With only 9 rooms, it remains precisely that.

Known to the world as Little England, this corner of Sri Lanka earned its name through its striking resemblance to the English countryside: cool, mist laden mornings, emerald lawns, and a quiet civility that the modern world has largely forgotten. Glendower is its most enduring expression.
